Terms and Conditions
Last updated on October 6, 2026
These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement. Please read them before you register for, buy, or use anything we offer, including our free summits, summit passes, and paid programs.
The rules that apply only to the summit itself (replays, recordings, the VIP Claude Possible Pass, speakers, sponsors, and our disclaimers) are on our Summit Terms and Disclaimers page and are part of these Terms. How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Simple AI Summit is produced by Blue & Wilder. Blue & Wilder is a trade name of Fox Fire Creative, a Colorado S corporation, which owns and runs this website ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). Our mailing address is 1978 Fox Fire Street, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. You can reach us at hello@simpleaisummit.com.
Simple AI Summit is a yearly online summit. Each year's event has its own name. The 2026 edition is Claude Possible. These Terms apply to this website, every edition of the summit, and every product we sell through it.
"You" means anyone who visits this site or registers for, buys, or uses any of our summits, passes, programs, products, or services (together, "the Offering"). The Offering includes free summit registration and replays, live calls and panels, the summit pass for each edition (for 2026, the VIP Claude Possible Pass), bonus materials, our Skool community, and any paid program we offer.
2. Agreeing to these Terms
By registering, buying, or using the Offering, you agree to these Terms, our Summit Terms and Disclaimers, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Offering, and email us at hello@simpleaisummit.com so we can remove your access and your details.
You must be at least 16 to use this website, and at least 18 (or of legal age where you live) to buy any part of the Offering.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also let registrants and buyers know by email.
3. Trademarks
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. Simple AI Summit, Claude Possible, Blue & Wilder, and Fox Fire Creative are independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. Other product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Naming them does not mean they endorse us or we endorse them.
4. Our content and your license
All text, images, designs, graphics, videos, logos, and taglines on this site and in the Offering belong to us, or to the credited owner, including our speakers and sponsors. Speaker sessions and speaker bonuses stay the property of the speakers who made them and are shared with you under license.
When you register or buy, you get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the parts of the Offering you signed up for or paid for, in your own business.
You may:
- Watch and use the Offering in your own business. If team members need access, each one needs their own registration or pass.
- Download and print templates, prompts, skills, and worksheets for use in your own business.
- Quote up to one paragraph and use one image from our public site, with clear credit and a link back to the page it came from.
You may not:
- Resell, trade, or share your access, your pass, or your login.
- Share replays, recordings, or bonus downloads with anyone who has not registered or bought them.
- Record, download, or re-upload any session, live call, or panel, unless we give you a download option.
- Use the Offering to teach or serve paying clients, or package it into your own course, membership, or product. (Email us if you would like a custom license.)
- Upload the Offering, in whole or in part, into an AI tool or dataset to build something you sell or give away.
- Republish or redistribute any of the Offering, or present it as your own work.
- Use the Offering for anything unlawful.
To use our content beyond what these Terms allow, ask first at hello@simpleaisummit.com.
5. Enforcement
If you use our content beyond this license, we may end your access and take whatever legal steps are open to us to protect our work and our speakers' work, including asking a court for damages or an order to stop.
6. What you post and share
When you post a comment, question, photo, or other material in our Skool community, a live session chat, or any of our platforms, you give us a license to share it again, in whole or in part, in connection with the summit. If you don't want a post used this way, tell us and we will honor that. We will ask you before using your words or image as a testimonial in our marketing.
Anything you post in a shared space, like the community or a live chat, can be seen by other members, speakers, and sponsors, so please don't post anything you want kept private.
You agree not to post anything unlawful, false and harmful to others, obscene, or abusive.
7. Payments
Payments are taken through ThriveCart, which uses outside payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to the terms of ThriveCart and the processor.
Refunds. Refund terms for each product are stated on its sales or checkout page. Summit pass sales are final (see Summit Terms and Disclaimers). If a product's page states no refund terms, no refunds are given.
Price changes. Prices change during each summit. A later lower price, coupon, or promotion does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us, through ThriveCart and its payment processor, to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until the plan is paid in full. Ending your access does not cancel the remaining payments. If a balance is still unpaid 14 days after your access ends, we may send it to collections, and you agree to pay reasonable collection costs.
Chargebacks. Please email hello@simpleaisummit.com about any billing problem before you contact your bank. If you file a chargeback, your access to the Offering and its bonuses ends, and we may show the bank proof of your purchase, your access, and these Terms.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything done under your account.
9. Ending access
You can end your access at any time by emailing hello@simpleaisummit.com. If you break these Terms, or harass or abuse other participants, speakers, sponsors, or our team, we may end your access to the site, the Offering, and the community without a refund.
10. Reviews
We welcome honest reviews, good or bad, and nothing in these Terms limits your right to share them. We reserve the right to act on false statements that seriously harm our business.
11. No guarantees
The Offering is for education only and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. We do our best to keep everything accurate and current, but we can't promise it is error-free, complete, or right for your situation. The Offering is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. More detail, including our AI tools and earnings disclaimers, is on our Summit Terms and Disclaimers page.
We use outside platforms (WordPress, Kit, Skool, ThriveCart, and Zoom) to run the summit. We will help you where we can, but we are not responsible for outages or problems on those platforms.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Offering. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the part of the Offering the claim is about. We are not responsible for the conduct of other participants, speakers, or sponsors.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim is brought against us, our team, our speakers, or our sponsors because you broke these Terms or misused the Offering.
14. Disputes and governing law
If a problem comes up, please email us first so we can try to sort it out in good faith. If we can't, we both agree to try mediation before going to court. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts of Colorado.
15. The rest
These Terms, our Summit Terms and Disclaimers, our Privacy Policy, and the terms on any checkout page make up the whole agreement between you and us about the Offering. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
