Privacy Policy
Last updated on October 6, 2026
Fox Fire Creative, a Colorado S corporation, doing business as Blue & Wilder, the producer of Simple AI Summit ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, register for a summit, buy from us, join our community, or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we will also let you know by email.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, business name, website, the type of business you run, and anything else you choose to share on our registration forms, surveys, speaker or sponsor applications, or when you email us. You don't have to give us this information, but without it we may not be able to register you or deliver what you bought.
Purchase information. When you buy, ThriveCart collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information. Payments are handled by the processor ThriveCart connects to, such as Stripe or PayPal. We see your order details but never your full card number.
Community and live session activity. When you join our Skool community or a Zoom session, your name, profile photo, posts, comments, and chat messages are visible to others there, and live sessions are recorded.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our servers and the tools we use may record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit, using log files, cookies, and pixels (see section 6).
Email activity. Our email platform, Kit, tells us when you open an email or click a link. This helps us send the right reminders, such as not reminding you about a replay you have already watched.
Social media. If you interact with us on social media, we may see your public profile information on that platform, depending on your settings there.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Register you for the summit and give you access to the community
- Deliver what you bought, including replays, passes, and bonuses
- Send you the schedule, session reminders, and replay links
- Process payments and handle billing questions
- Send you our newsletter and tell you about offers we think fit your business (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Show you ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Ask for your feedback and answer your questions
- Put together anonymous, grouped statistics, such as how many registrants run each type of business
- Improve our website, summits, and offers
- Prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet our legal obligations
We rely on these legal grounds: your consent, carrying out our agreement with you, our legitimate business interests (such as running and improving the summit), and our legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time; it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
3. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information.
The tools we use to run the summit. We share information only as needed with the services that run our business:
- WordPress and Beaver Builder (our website and its hosting)
- Kit (email and registration)
- Skool (our online community)
- ThriveCart (checkout, and the payment processors it connects to)
- Zoom (live sessions)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Speakers and sponsors. We do not pass your information to speakers or sponsors unless you choose to opt in to their list. You might do that by claiming a Goodie Bag item or a bonus in the VIP Claude Possible Pass. Each opt-in will make clear who you are signing up with. If you opt in, that speaker or sponsor receives your name and email (either from you directly or from us), and their own privacy policy applies from then on. Sponsors may also receive anonymous, grouped information about registrants, such as how many run each type of business, which does not identify you.
Advertising and analytics partners. We may use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to run ads and measure how our site is used. These partners may use cookies and pixels to show you ads based on your visits to our site (see section 6).
When the law requires it. We may share information to respond to a subpoena or other legal process, to prevent fraud, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of others or our business.
If our business changes hands. If our business is merged, sold, or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect it as this policy describes or tell you about any change.
4. What others can see
When you post in our Skool community or type in a live session chat, other members, speakers, and sponsors can see your name, profile photo, and what you post. Live sessions are recorded, as described on our Summit Terms and Disclaimers page. Please don't share anything in these spaces you want kept private.
5. Links to other sites
Our website, emails, and summit pages link to sites we don't control, including speaker and sponsor sites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies before you share information with them.
6. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We and our partners use them, along with pixels and log files, to:
- Run the site (essential cookies, such as keeping you logged in to members-only pages)
- Remember your preferences (functionality cookies)
- Understand how the site is used (analytics, such as Google Analytics)
- Show you relevant ads (advertising cookies and pixels, such as the Meta pixel)
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them. You can also opt out of:
- Google Analytics, with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
- Interest-based ads, through the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance
- Facebook and Instagram ads, in your Meta ad preferences
Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. Where your information is stored
Our website and the tools we use are based in the United States, so your information is stored and processed there. If you live outside the United States, privacy laws where you live may give more protection than U.S. law. By using our site, you understand your information will be handled in the United States.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to deliver the summit and our products, run our business, and meet our legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that so we don't email you again by mistake.
9. Keeping your information safe
We use trusted platforms and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or internet transfer is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that puts your information at serious risk, we will let you know as soon as we reasonably can.
10. Children
Our website is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Sensitive information
Please don't send us sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, health details, or financial account numbers, by email, in the community, or in a live chat. If you do, we will delete it where we can.
12. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- See the information we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information (unless we need to keep it by law)
- Get a copy of your information in a common format
- Stop or limit how we use your information, including for marketing
- Withdraw consent you have given us
To make a request, email hello@simpleaisummit.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will respond within a reasonable time and won't charge you for a reasonable request. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local law, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Unsubscribing. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you unsubscribe during the summit, you will miss session reminders and replay links.
Deleting your information or withdrawing consent may end your access to the community or the Offering.
