Summit Terms and Disclaimers

Simple AI Summit is produced by Blue & Wilder, a trade name of Fox Fire Creative, a Colorado S corporation. The 2026 edition is Claude Possible, running Tuesday, November 17 to Friday, November 20, 2026, in our Skool community.

Free registration and replays

Registration is free. Free replays are available for the limited window stated on the registration page, and then they close.

The VIP Claude Possible Pass

The VIP Claude Possible Pass gives you ongoing access to the session recordings plus the bonuses described on the Pass sales page. Pass access lasts for the period stated on the sales page at the time you buy.

All Pass sales are final. Because you get immediate access to recordings and downloadable bonuses, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits. The Pass price changes during the summit (a fast action price, an early bird price, and a full price). Buying at one price and seeing a lower price or coupon later does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.

Some Pass bonuses are delivered by speakers or sponsors. Claiming one may mean opting in to that person's email list, and each bonus will make that clear before you claim it. See our Privacy Policy.

Live sessions and recordings

Some sessions are live, such as the kickoff call, panels, the demo, and Q&A. These sessions are held on Zoom and recorded. We may share the recordings with registrants, Pass holders, speakers, and sponsors, and use short clips to promote the summit.

If you join a live session, your name, image, voice, and chat messages may appear in the recording. If you don't want to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and don't post in the chat. You can also email us after a session and we will do what we reasonably can to remove you from clips we use in marketing.

Community conduct

The summit lives in our Skool community. Be kind and helpful. No spam, harassment, or selling in other members' inboxes. We may remove anyone who makes the community worse for others, without a refund.

Speaker and sponsor content

Sessions, panels, bonuses, and free gifts are created by independent speakers and sponsors. Their views and claims are their own and may not reflect ours. We review sessions for fit, but we don't verify every statement, result, or recommendation. Sponsored sessions and sponsor tools are labeled.

A speaker's or sponsor's own offers, free gifts, and products are sold or delivered by them under their own terms and privacy policies. Goodie Bag items work the same way: when you claim one, you are dealing with that sponsor.

AI tools disclaimer

The summit teaches the use of AI tools, such as Claude, that are made and run by other companies. These tools change often, so features, prices, limits, and terms shown in a session may be different by the time you use them. AI tools can produce content that is wrong, incomplete, biased, or too close to someone else's work. You are responsible for checking and approving anything an AI tool produces before you publish or send it, and for following the law and each tool's terms.

Any data you put into an AI tool, including client, customer, or subscriber data, is governed by that tool's terms and privacy policy, not ours. Don't put data into an AI tool that you don't have the right to share.

Earnings and results disclaimer

Results vary. Examples, case studies, speaker results, and testimonials are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you will get. Your results depend on your business, your effort, and many things outside our control. We can't guarantee you will save time, grow your business, or earn any amount of money from the summit or anything you learn here.
